Program Overview

Elev8 is our level 1 Fitness Program that focusses on strengthening the foundations of movement, building skill and developing capacity in the gym.

Elev8 is for the every day athlete looking to have expert guidance and start getting real resulys from training!

To start this progra, we ask that you can commit to 3 sessions per week, and have reasonable knowledge of training.

level 2: domin8

Program Overview

DOMIN8 is our Elite athlete program designed to take the advanced trainee serious about results and push them to Dominate the competition.

With a strong focus on Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics and some heavy capacity graft, you will be guaranteed sessions that take you out your comfort zone and drive your performance up!

To get the best from this program we need athletes to be able to dedicate 4-5 sessions per week!
