What is Strong?

Our ‘learn to lift’ class

We believe that strength is the foundational skill for abroad variety of life skills and development. Whether that be improving your bodycomposition or enhancing your performance. This class is programmed for you todevelop all the fundamentals of Strength training where you will learn toSquat, Push, Pull, Hinge and more, all under the professional guidance eyes ofour coaches. If you are a beginner, we will teach you the basics and build youup, and even if your are advanced we will continuously push you to improve.
