What is Metcon?

Our ‘Energy System Development (ESD)’ classes

Our bodies use a number of different energy systems. Whether you are working at maximal output, or a lowerpaced continuous effort, METCON will develop all these energy systems. Elysium’s bespoke facility is the perfect place to train with this approach and enhance your fitness whilst having fun in a group environment.

METCON A

This class is designed to delivera high intensity punch with a wide variety of exercises and challenge yourlimits. No matter what your ability may be, we can adjust the intensity toensure you are challenged at the right level, whether that be beginner or advanced.

METCON B

This class compliments the formerby challenging participants in an endurance capacity and really improving your“cardio” ability. This aerobic based class will allow you to improve yourfitness and burn a lot of energy too.
