What is Metcon?

Our signature fitness class! As the home of functional fitness our Metcon class delivers all you need to take your fitness to the next level.

Our bodies use a number of different energy systems. Whether you are working at maximal output, or a lower paced continuous effort, METCON will develop all these energy systems. Elysium’s bespoke facility is the perfect place to train with this approach and enhance your fitness whilst having fun in a group environment.  

This class is designed to deliver a high intensity punch with a wide variety of exercises and challenge your limits. No matter what your ability may be, we can adjust the intensity to ensure you are challenged at the right level, whether that be beginner or advanced.
