Hi! I’m Chloe.
After starting my own fitness journey seven years ago, I tried everything from bodybuilding to powerlifting before finding my true passion in functional fitness and Olympic weightlifting last year. I’m now a full time manager of a local gym, a qualified Weightlifting coach, CrossFit and CF Gymnastics trainer, cycle instructor and L3 PT. I live, eat and breathe all things health, fitness & performance, and want to help others achieve their own successes, all while having a great time. It’s all about the process!
