Hi! I’m Hannah.

I'm a personal trainer with a passion for all things fitness and nutrition.

 

I am a firm believer that fitness has a positive impact on every aspect of our lives. It improves our physical fitness and appearance, but also improves our mental health, mental resilience, confidence, productivity, self-discipline, mood, sleep… the list goes on. This is why I’m so passionate about helping others find their love for fitness - because the experience can be life-changing. 

 

My approach to coaching is to equip you with the tools, knowledge and support you need to achieve the results you want, and to reach your goals.  Whether that’s building confidence in the gym, building confidence in your body, or taking your fitness to the next level; we will work together, ensuring your training and nutrition is aligned to your goals and fits into your lifestyle. Health and fitness is a lifestyle. Building healthy habits and behaviours are paramount to sustaining results long term. And this is what I work on with my clients. We work together to create a balanced healthy lifestyle that supports your fitness goals now, and into the future. And that you enjoy!
