ELYSIUM CLASSES

ELYSIUM SWEAT

The main aim of this class is to get you to burn energy and help you lose fat fast. It doesn’t matter if you’re a fitness junkie or a complete beginner – we welcome people of ALL fitness levels.

ELYSIUM SHAPE

 In this female-only class, you will be led through a variety of different exercises by our fantastic coaches aimed to improve your strength, muscle size and shape.

Within this class, you will be taught the ins and outs of different techniques, hitting your muscles from different angles and movements generating growth and burning energy for fat loss.

ELYSIUM SIZE

Elysium SIZE follows a bodybuilding format of training, where the intensity is always high, and the members just keep coming back for more. Of course, you don’t need to be a bodybuilder to put on muscle, just like you don’t have to be an ultra-marathon runner to do a 10k. You need to start off from somewhere and so we welcome people of all fitness levels. We take into account your current level of fitness and tailor the sessions to meet YOUR current standards and goals. 

ELYSIUM STRONG

 Elysium Strong is more than just a class. It’s a timetabled slot, twice per week where you can go along and get expert coaching from one of our coaches. This is the next best thing besides having your own personal trainer.

These classes are designed for people of ALL fitness levels. It doesn’t matter if are a regular gym-goer with a good amount of knowledge or you are totally new to the gym, we are there to assist you and move you towards your goal.
